Do I need 2 sim cards in order to use this phone?

A - No, this phone is dual sim which allows you to operate 2 sim cards (that run on different frequencies) at the same time. However, this is a completely optional feature and the phone WILL work just fine with 1 sim card.

Can  I use my AT&T or T-Mobile sim card with this phone by simply taking out the sim from old phone and putting it in this one?

A - Yes

Can I use the internet with this phone? Is it Wi-Fi

A. - You can use the internet with this phone but you must have a data plan with your phone provider. This phone is NOT wi-fi.

Will a 3G sim card work in this phone?

A- yes but it will work at 2G speeds when on the net which is slower than 3G

Will this phone work with Boost, Verizon, Metro PCS or Sprint?

A. No it will not. It will only work with GSM sim cards

Can I assign ringtones with this phone?

A. - Yes you can.

Will this phone "shake" to change music or pictures?

A- Yes it will.

Will this phone work with my T-mobile MY FAVS?

A - Yes it will, but it is not a MY FAVS phone and does not have the MY FAV icons. You make your changes to your MY FAV numbers directly on the t-mobile website and not on the phone itself. You will not be charged for your 5 favorite phone numbers.

Can I sync this phone to OUTLOOK?

A - no you cannot

Can I use my own pictures as wallpaper?

A- Yes you can.

Will this phone work with T-zones?

A- yes it will, email us for the settings.

Can I buy an extended warranty?

A- yes you can through BUYSHIELD?

How will you ship my phone to me? How long does it take?

A.- We ship all order Priority Mail 2 day. We ship the same day payment clears. With Google checkout sometimes it takes 24 hours for a payment to clear.

Do you have apps for this phone?

A- Yes we have collected several of them and they will be available ONLY to people who purchase their phone directly from us at no charge.

Does this phone have GPS?

A - No it does not
