Warranty is restricted to defects or mechanical failure and does not include accidental damage that may be occured by dropping the phone or spilling liquids into it. Cracked screen policy - If you are item arrives with a cracked screen you must notify us with 12 hours of receiving it or you will not be covered. Too many buyers have attempted to exchange their phone weeks later, after dropping the item, mandating this new policy.
