Q - My phone doesn't see the sim card?
A- Make sure your sim card is in correctly as people often put them in backwards or upside down. Refer to the bottom picture in the AMERISTYLES S18 section for an example. Also go to the 3rd menu page and select SIM settings and make sure the that DUAL SIM is open.
Q - I only have 1 sim card. Will my phone work withour 2 sim cards/
A - You only need 1 sim card to operate the phone. If you have two separate phone numbers then you need 2 sim cards.
