Return and Warranty
We offer a 30 day exchange warranty for all phones purchased from our website. There is no charge to exchange merchandise. We accept returns for refunds upon request in the first 10 days but the following provisions will prevail:
1. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received in with all parts and accessories.
2. You must email us for an RMA# prior to returning your item for both exchange or refund.
3. All returns for refunds are subject to a $10 restocking charge
4. Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the purchase price.
5. All refunds are issued directly to the bank's credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
6. If your request for refund is over 10 days old but under 30 days old, it will be approved and granted provided that there are no scratches, marks, cracked screens, or other blemishes that would greatly devalue the item.
7. Under no circumstance will a request for refund be considered for items over 30 days old.
Any order may be cancelled for a 100% refund prior to shipping upon request.
Warranty repair is covered for the first 30 days on all factory failures and defects but excludes items damaged by accident. (ie. - cracked screen from dropping phone, frozen screen from liquid spill into phone, etc.)

For an aftercare warranty there are 3rd party solutions such as Squaretrade and Buy Shield that will be happy to offer you extended warranties for a very reasonable price. Please contact us if you need more information.
